  • KYC Documents: Scanned copies of your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, electricity bills, and cancelled cheques.
  • Contact Details: Applicant name, mailing address, email coordinates, and phone hotline numbers.
  • Territory Details: Target districts and franchise rights preference tiers.

2. Data Protection & Security Guidelines

All sensitive information collected is encrypted using secure sockets layer database transfers (SSL/TLS). We store data in centralized, firewall-protected database clusters. Access to physical and digital documents is strictly restricted to vetted compliance officers during the 2-week validation cycle.

3. Banking & AePS Transaction Compliance

JC SRS Centre operations comply with the highest standards set by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI):

  • No Local Caching: We do not cache or store Aadhaar numbers, biometric fingerprints, or bank account PINs on local client machines or kiosks.
  • Two-Factor Biometrics: Every cash withdrawal transaction processed through our Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS) node requires active, real-time fingerprint authorization.
  • Encrypted Handshakes: Transaction request logs utilize secure cryptographic handshakes with banking servers.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We connect our Digital Kendra applications directly with official government registration portals (GSTIN, FSSAI, MSME) and licensed banking providers. Third-party integrations do not have access to your personal registration records beyond processing individual requests.
